The Globe 685 is a gravity fed slicer with a 12" knife and a 1/3 HP, single phase motor. At 26" wide, 19" deep, and 19" high, this is a medium-duty slicer ideal for light commercial operations. It features a sharpener assembly at the top of the ring guard and a stainless steel slice thickness table.
