Globe Model 725

The Globe 725 is an older model of automatic, gear driven slicer that no longer sees production, but is still in service in many foodservice businesses. It has an 12" knife, a 1/2 HP knife motor, a 12" chute, and a 3 lb. stainless steel end weight.
