American Range
Since 1989, American Range has produced excellent ranges and ovens for the commercial and residential markets. The company produces the Medallion, American Range Restaurant, Innovection and American Range Residential Brands at its headquarters in Pacoima, California. The Medallion brand, designed for restaurants that serve large numbers of people, features 37,000 BTU burners and an innovative, modular design. This allows restaurants to rearrange to cooktop to incorporate new menu items while leaving the oven unchanged. The American Range Restaurant brand includes slightly smaller cooking surfaces and 32,000 BTU burners. Meanwhile Innovection convection ovens ensure efficient, consistent cooking in commercial kitchens. American Range boasts carefully crafted products that are still made in the USA.
