Cecilware
Cecilware was founded in 1911 by a pair of Long Island silversmiths. Initially, the company produced silver tableware and coffee urns for restaurants, hotels, and soda fountains. They rose to prominence because they combined a beautiful, modernistic design with high-quality coffee products. Cecilware developed the first automated coffee urns in 1963 and in 1994 introduced the commercial powdered beverage dispenser, which is the ubiquitous ‘gas station cappuccino machine’ of today. In 2009, Cecilware merged with the Grindmaster Corporation. Today the company is headquartered in Louisville, KY, and continues to make high quality commercial coffee dispensers to fit a variety of needs.
