Lincoln
In 1982, Lincoln introduced the Impinger, the world’s first forced hot air conveyor oven. The company has spent more than 30 years perfecting its designs to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Today’s Impinger can cook menu items twice as fast as a convection oven and up to four times as fast as a conventional oven. In 2015, the Impinger won a “Best in Class” award. Lincoln produces the Impinger in a free-standing model for medium to large operations and in a countertop model for smaller commercial kitchens. No longer merely a pizza oven, the Lincoln Impinger is essential for all manner of rapid heating, cooking, baking and crisping. Popular Models: 1301, 1310, 1309, 1308, 1307, 1306, 1305, 1304, 1303
