For nearly a century, Globe Manufacturing of Dayton, Ohio has designed and produced excellent equipment for commercial kitchens. The firm’s floor mixers won “Best in Class” awards in 2014 and 2015, and their slicers won “Best in Class” in 2015. Globe’s products include slicers, mixers, scales, choppers, patty presses, and countertop cookers and warmers. Their fryers, griddles, char broilers and hot plates are available in both gas and electric models. The roller grills and soup warmers are electric only.
